Hmong College Prep Academy To Hold Kindergarten Roundup And Literacy Night

Hmong College Prep Academy, HCPA, will host their annual Kindergarten Roundup for students enrolling in kindergarten for the 2018-2019 school year. In addition the school will also host their K-5 Literacy Night the same evening.
“Kindergarten Roundup is always a special event and we’re looking forward to meeting the future students and families of Hmong College Prep Academy,” stated HCPA Superintendent Dr. Christianna Hang. “The event provides our staff the opportunity to introduce the benefits of an HCPA education…plus, it’s a lot of fun!”
Kindergarten Roundup and Literacy Night activities include:
- Interactive student/parent literacy sessions
- A light supper
- Free children’s books
In addition, prospective kindergarten students and their parents will take a school tour, meet the teachers and learn how to prepare for the first day of class.
Dr. Hang added she’s excited that the 2018-2019 kindergarten class will be able to benefit from the school’s upcoming campus expansion program.
“We’re in the midst of finalizing our major expansion which includes a new elementary school, playground and expanded green space for our students and their families. With all that’s going on, it is a great time to enroll in HCPA.”
HCPA’s Kindergarten Round-Up and Literacy Night will take place on Wednesday, February 28 from 5:00 -7:00 PM.
